The Arizona Republic writes that Scottsdale city officials are puzzled by the city’s reputation for being dead after sunset. And I’m puzzled that they’re puzzled. It will always be that way as long as new ideas are viewed with suspicion and sprout from suits at task force meetings rather than real people.
